Laguna Property to launch The Lofts at Laguna Village Phase II at the International Property & Investment Show (IPIS) at COEX, Seoul on 23-25 Oct
Due to the overwhelmingly successful launch of the Lofts at Laguna Village Phase I last month, Laguna Property will launch the Lofts Phase II during an exhibition in Korea.
Laguna Phuket has recently introduced an innovative product - The Lofts at Laguna Village - into the Phuket property market. The launch exhibitions were held in Hong Kong and Stockholm, Sweden in late September and received a great response from the markets. To date, 4 weeks after the launch, there have been 16 reservations in Phase I, selling out of all 2-bedroom units. Laguna Property will be located at booth 412 at the IPIS show and open to visitors on 23 & 24 October from 11:00 - 20:00 and on 25 October from 10:00 - 17:00, with private appointments available. All exhibition visitors are required to pre-register at www.ipis.kr to avoid the US$ 10 admission fee.
The Lofts at Laguna Village, designed to accommodate an active lifestyle, are modern Loft-style apartments offering stylish residential properties featuring a sleek, trend-setting design. Owners of a Loft unit will be able to choose from three different professionally designed and custom tailored interior furniture packages: Phuket Sand, Phuket Spice and Phuket Chic.
