Laguna Holiday Club Limited, a Thailand limited liability company (the "Developer"), is the entity developing and offering to sell the Lofts at Laguna Village project (the "Project"). Laguna Village Limited, an affiliate of the Developer, intends to enter into or has entered into agreements with Outriggers Hotels (Thailand) Limited, a Thailand limited liability company, and its related entities ("Outrigger"), that will allow the use of the name "Outrigger", which is owned by Outrigger, in the sales and marketing materials for the Project. The use of the "Outrigger" name does not make Outrigger the entity offering or promoting the Project or any other product offered by the Developer, nor does it make Outrigger an affiliate of the Developer. Outrigger has no responsibility for the accuracy of this document or any other documents or materials provided by the Developer or Laguna Village Limited.
